The service department personnel were professional. They communicated clearly with me. The recall work was done in less time than anticipated. I did wait at the service center. It would be nice to have low tables to work at and coffee that I could buy.

My car was struck by lightning which took out my electric system. It was a very difficult situation. The Service Dept. was very courteous and professional . They me informed of the costs as they went along. and fixed my car in record time. They are the best!
Took my car in for a problem. Within a half an hour we were told what was wrong and that they had the part in stock and it should be ready an hour. They were very informative and very professional.

I know the free car wash is meant to be a nice touch, and I do appreciate the thought behind it. I just wanted to offer one suggestion. Please ask before washing someone's vehicle. I know this probably sounds picky, but I keep my truck extremely clean--probably more than most people. It had literally just been detailed, the wheels had been cleaned, and the tires had been dressed. It honestly didn't look like it needed a wash. Services were great. Customer service was great. Moved along well and the wait wasn’t too bad.
Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I brought a few concerns to the service rep about my vehicle (possible oil leak). They kept me updated throughout the process. It was discovered that my hunch was true about an oil leak. Everything was explained about the next steps, parts were ordered, and will have to bring the car in when parts are received. Service rep said they will secure a loaner for me since it will take several days to repair. The staff is always pleasant at this location.
