Everything was fine except for the car wash. If you’re going to offer a car wash, you should do a halfway decent job of it. The hood and top was clean, but the whole bottom was not. I also think it was scratched. It is new and don’t recall seeing the scratch by the door. My plan going forward will be to take the car to Fullers for all the service going forward.

Ive found Jack Phelan to be a good place to purchase your vehicle rather pre owned or new, customer service was alright but can used some touching up and because of that Im giving the 4 star. The communication wasn't bad but needed some work as well so again the 4 stars, Overall I would recommend this dealer.

Mike assisted me with the recall/ warranty issues for my vehicle. A recent lengthy power outage had put them behind schedule but the vehicle was serviced in a timely and professional manner.
All the staff were extremely helpful and Jason was especially great to work with. He fully explained what was going on with my car and promptly arrange for a loaner vehicle and kept me informed of the updates regarding ordering all the parts needed for my car.
